RIO is the native utility token of the Realio Platform, the Realio Network, and RealioX. RIO is not associated with any fundraise, ICO or founder pre-mine. The distribution model was designed around that of other purely decentralized currencies such as Bitcoin so that it is fairly launched with no asymmetric ownership structure. RIO will be distributed to node operators on the Realio Network in addition to early participants on the platform through a very limited airdrop. The utility function of RIO will be for the payment of network fees, transaction fees and discounts on RealioX, tokenization and asset creation rights on the Realio Network, etc..
